Antique Handmade Brass Pot with Steel Handle
Vintage steel and brass pot. Probably 19th century. Notice the joining of the handle, the rolled edge, and the bottom is not flat, which probably means it was hand shaped. It may have been used to heat food in an open fireplace. Today, many of us would use this beautiful brass pot for home decor. Suggested uses may be: planter, ice bucket, a hot roll server, collector of nic knacks, or just a stand alone a accessory. I used it last Christmas to hold pine cones and christmas balls. What a neat item that can be used in many ways, the possibilities are endless.
Size is 11" x 5 " x 11.5" (overall height). Weight is 3.8 lbs. Because this is very old and probably was used for many purposes, it will have marks, dents, and some discoloration, all part of its character. FREE SHIPPING.
